450-Room for Rent-Nice House-Hoover

Description

I am looking for a female to live in the finished basement downstairs. Your room would be very large, big enough to section it off and have a bedroom area and living room area or whatever you want. You would share the upstairs hallway bathroom, which has a bathtub, sink, and toilet, with my other roommate who lives upstairs and who also has a dog (Black Lab). You are welcome to paint your room any color you want as long as you paint it the color of my choosing when you move out. You will need to sign a lease agreement for at least three months and pay a $100 security deposit upfront to reserve the room. Rent is $450/month. Utilities and other bills (trash, internet, Hulu, electricity, water, and gas) are not included in that $450 and will be split evenly between the three of us. We are very mindful of utility usage to try to get those bills as low as possible. We would each buy our own groceries. We are very clean and organized, and we don't smoke. Once you me, I will send you an application for you to fill out where you will need to list a reference. I also want you to add me on (I have more pictures of the rest of the house on my page). These things are to help me narrow down the potentials. For safety reasons, I am not letting anyone come to the house until I've narrowed it down to a select few. Message me if you are interested!
