Room for Rent w/ Private Bath

I'm renting my room in a large 3-bedroom house that I share with two other girls. It's a large room with a private bath and large closet. It can be furnished (bed, dresser and night stand) or un-furnished. This is a beautiful new house with new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, and off-street parking. It's an easy walk to the U of Alabama campus, football stadium, stores, etc. Available January 1, 2016 through July 25, 2016. Early move-in available mid-December. $650/month + utilities
