We are all busy and quiet, respectful, hardly staying home, nice guys. We like it quiet at all times, and keep it clean and neat at all times.
This is a great place for MALES only to enjoy your own spaces as quiet home.
clean after yourself. Or, you will be billed for extra cleaning fee. Don't cry about it, if you choose to leave a mess behind you.

Agreement with house rules:
every gust must sign 8 pages agreement to agree to follow our house rules. and provide a photo ID, an address, phone number to be contact for any good reasons.

The Space:
Huge kitchen , to share with very respectful busy tenants. None smoker, no drama, no over night visitors, clean, Quiet are must. you will love this as much as we all do. This space is sharing with male only, so we do not have to worry about waiting on bath rooms for female. or, high pitch opera female singer next to your ears...lol...Our secured keyless locker and security cameras, you will enjoy sweet dreams here...

Guest Access: Pretty much anything you need in kitchen, we got it. large space, in deed. You will hope you have a kitchen like this size…lol..
Great high speed wifi...
No smoker, no drama, no loud noise please. Keep neat and clean after using any common areas.
Interaction with Guests: We all will respect your space. If you have any questions, just call karla or text, or .
You have your own private room and sharing the common areas with one permanent residents and all other guest from time to time.
We don't interact with your life at all, unless you like to share your experiences.
