Shared Studio Available for Rent

Hey everyone, I'm a 22 year old working professional looking for someone to share my studio apartment in aurora. The space is definitely big enough for two, and I originally signed up on the lease with a girl that has since moved. I don't want to pay full rent, and sharing the space with someone is not a hassle at all. If you're interested in a cheap spot to settle down for a few months, this may be it. Lease is up January 31st, ready for move in. I do have Xfinity performance internet, which we would split at 35/mo. The rent is 440, plus around 30-35 each for electricity. Extremely CHEAP!
