*The rent is of $889 and that includes all utilities/ meal plan (10-14 meals per week)/ wifi
*It has a gym/ pool/ computers w/ free printing
*There is always a security guard so it's very safe
*We also have an awesome rooftop with a great view of the city
*Parking is available and the garage is right across the street.
