Room available in a 4x4

I'm trying to sublease my room in a 4x4. The apartment complex is Ballpark and all the roommates are female. The apartment is located on Riverside. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as an HEB down the road. I will be moving in with my friend and need someone to take over my lease. The apartment is also furnished. The lease is from august to july 31st. Rent is $550 and includes water, cable, and wifi, with HBO. However, it doesn't include gas or electricity.
