Adorable apartment in Highpoint club of Orlando to be available starting December 1st. I'm purchasing a home so looking to have someone take over my lease instead of buying out of the contract. The apartment is priced below market rent since this was my 2nd year and the community is great. Location is perfect - right by the 408 so everything is within 15 minutes, waterford is down the street, and UCF/Research park is a 5 min drive.
There is a washer dryer in the home, side room great for an office or dining room, great sized bedroom and walk in closet, plenty of storage (full closet underneath staircase) and the property has a full pool/jacuzzi, gym, basketball courts and a great deck with a firepit on the water. I painted the house at move in so that's an added plus if you like color - but the home would need to be painted back at move out. Overall I really love the apartment, but was ready for more space.
