My apartment is looking for a third roommate to finish out the end of my current lease. There'd be 10 months left at the beginning of November.

The apartment is in the South Wedge, about a block from the intersection of South and Gregory. It's an eccentric apartment in that "the house is 100 years old" kind of way, but it's probably the best apartment I've ever been in. I have to move for my job, so that's why I'm leaving. It's three and a half bedrooms (we use the half bedroom for storage, it currently has a pull out couch in it), one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. $440 a month covers everything (including internet) but cable. The room that's available is the master bedroom, it's about twice as big as the other bedrooms in the house. Bright grass green walls, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and it faces the street.

The roommates that will be staying are quiet and friendly, a little nerdy, and super considerate of other people. Both work for a local theater. Our landlord lives downstairs (the house is just the two apartments, so we're the only ones upstairs) and stays out of our business, but is super attentive when we need him. He's a Realtor, so everything is kept up great when it needs to be taken care of.
