Spacious apt, lots of amenities!

Description

Linkhorn Bay apartment available for sharing January 1st (lease is up September 2016). Two bedroom apartment, will be shared with myself and two medium-size dogs. Looking for a respectful, responsible roommate.
I'd rather not have a roommate who smokes unless you're the cleanest smoker in the world that the cigarette smell isn't noticeable. Just not a fan.
I work from home during the day but do like to go out with friends a few times a week in the evenings. At 27, my loud party hosting days are done but don't mind having people over.
Amenities at Linkhorn Bay are vast so please checkout their to see them all! The apartment does have an in-unit washer and dryer as well as other appliances. Close to the beach and a well setup apartment community.
