Brand new house

I'm looking for someone to take over the second half of my lease for my townhouse in Salisbury, starting January, the lease is January 1st-July 31st (Private room, private bath with full soaking tub)

The two upper floors are split in half with two rooms to a floor, the rooms are bigger than any of the community housing I have seen in Salisbury, with a walk in closet and private bathroom with a full bathtub. Each room has a bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor. I love everything about living in this community, not to mention the GIANT kitchen and living room. The 4 rooms are leased individually, currently there is only one other person living in the house, however she said she will likely be moving too.

The whole house is brand new, 3 stories, brand new appliances, comes completely furnished with beautiful leather furniture and giant flat screen in the living room. There is also a patio/deck out in front of the house. Less than a half a mile from Salisbury University campus. The community has a pool, private gym, computers (mac and windows) with free printing, tanning bed, bikes to reserve (free for residents!!), clubhouse with full bar, pool and outside barbecue area. Tons of parking (I have never had to walk more than 20 feet from my car to my door), and great, laid back office staff.

This is a great deal, this community only signs 1 year leases, this would be the only way you could sign for shorter than a year

$750 a month includes utilities + cable + internet
