Hey guys! The man in the picture is me, and my name is Thomas. I am 26 years old, Catholic, and I work in the Washington Square area, the area in which this apartment is located. The complex is called 'Scholls Crossing Apartments', and the apartment itself is a 985 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath at a rate of $995/month (before utilities, but WiFi is complimentary)

Your share of the rent will be $497.50 + 50% of the Utilities bill, and 50% of the Security Deposit (the whole Deposit is $800, your share will be $400). Therefore, the total cost to move in is approximately $897.50.

You will have the second bedroom (10'x10'6"), though you will have more exclusive access to the common bathroom as I will be only using my own.

You will preferably be a full-time employed professional, who works relatively ordinary hours (i.e. 9-5 or comparably so); there will be no overnight stays from members of the opposite sex, and no alcoholism.

None of this means I discourage having a good time! I am known to enjoy some good drink, and some good times with friends and/ or family. So feel free to kick back in this bachelor pad of sorts, and be yourself. The lease is from Month to Month, and you WILL HAVE to be added. Which of course means you will have to submit to a background check via the Leasing Office, pay a $50 application fee, as well as your half of the Security Deposit. You need verified 12 months of rental history, a "good" credit rating, and be free of any criminal convictions.
