Extra Room For Rent in my 2/2

Hey! My name is Anuj Patel (AJ). I renewed my lease in May--had a friend staying with me for a while, but is now moving south for another job so I'm in search for someone to rent out the room (You can move in ASAP). Male or Female. Total rent + other dues are $750(give or take according to AC/Heater use), rent is about $615 (each). I stay at "Folio Apartments" on Stonehollow Dr. by ACC Northridge/Top Golf/The Domain. I'm 27 years old, male, have two dogs (Ollie-a 5 year old 20lb Schnauzer/Yorky Terrier and Koda-a 2.5 year old 90lb German Shepherd--never bites/not aggressive--has a lot of curious/playful energy when he first see's people, but calms down), going to school/work (IT)--work from home a lot. I have the apartment furnished (as seen in the picture--but not the room for rent). I'm pretty laid back and like to have fun with friends and do outdoorsy things. I like to keep things tidy and things put back in place after use and I think if you make the mess you clean it up. Must be responsible, pay bills on time and just be all around respectful. I am 420 friendly and partake occasionally on the balcony. I go out occasionally, but don't have any big parties, just a friend or two over. I do have a girlfriend that is over from time to time.
