My home is located off Hillcrest Road, minutes away from the University of South Alabama and Cottage Hill shopping center.

The room I offer is furnished but if needed I can remove it so that you can bring your own. A full bathroom will belong to the renter alone. The house is in exceptional condition, fully furnished, with comfortable couches, TV+Surround System, WI-FI/Ethernet, a fully furnished kitchen, and washer and dryer.
Smoking is ok on the back deck, which includes a grill, and a table with chairs. The third bedroom is an office/study room.

My roommate is a student or professional, and I require a background check which will cost $10, and will be deducted from the first months' rent.
The home is drug free and the lease agreement will include a drug clause. The minimum rent period is three months, and the maximum .

I am easy going and hardly at home due to a M-F job, full time classes, and a part-time job on weekends. The shared space has to be kept clean so everyone can enjoy it.
