1 room left in 6 bdrm house w/pool

Description

I have 1 available room in a huge 6 bdrm house. It's the only room downstairs, has it's own bathroom and a huge walk-in closet.

There's a pool, spa, outside grill, fireplace and bar area. Inside there's an amazing kitchen with an island connected to the living room with a projector. There are 2 dens we're still figuring out, one of them has a ping pong table for now. We're all working professionals, we work 80+ hour weeks at a tech company in irvine but we let loose on the weekends. Not a party house but we do have a lot of fun. We're looking for some friendly, clean and awesome people who preferably have skillsets like design, marketing, video, dev, etc. so we could get some side projects going for some extra income!
