The house is a large 4 bedroom Victorian home built in the early 1900's and is located close to everything, including the way to get there! Best part is that 2 of the Red Iguana restaurants are within walking distance. The 2 adults (1 female, 1 males) who share this great home are 25 – 35 and we have figured out how to be a grown up without taking ourselves too seriously. We do enjoy all sorts of activities in and out of the house which can include alcohol, smoking (not in the home), and at times having horrible potty mouths, and so we ask that you keep this in mind when determining if it would be a good fit for you. We do have a German Shepard/Siberian Husky that you'll fall in love with, but despite my OCD efforts to keep the house clean, and until I can have him shaven, he is shedding a winter coat still which could be unpleasant if you have allergies. Your bedroom is on 2nd level and is a normal sized bedroom, with wood floors and is large enough for a queen sized bed set. Rent is $430 a month and comes with Xfinity Wi-Fi (this includes access to all Xfinity hot spots nationwide), Comcast (we have pretty much every channel), and there is a home security system paid for by the owner of the home. A 6 month lease required. We also do a light background/credit check and there is a $300 deposit, which is refundable as long as there aren’t any holes in the walls etc. Utilities can vary each month, but average about 20-25 each (gas, water, power).
