Room for rent in 3 bedroom home

There is a choice of 2. I will not be renting the 3rd room so if it is a single parent with a child or 2 small children, I will
consider this type of applicant. You will have full use of house. There is a pool which should be opened soon. You must like dogs and cats. Besides the rent, there will be 50/50 split of gas/electric and cable/internet. You must have 3 references. One professional which is preferably from your current employer. Looking for a person who is mature which does not necessarily mean older. I will consider younger applicants. This is a nice home in a good neighborhood. Please no drugs or dysfunctional relationships. I am easy going but not stupid so serious people only.
