I am a full time mature student with part-time employment enrolled at York University. Apartment comes partially furnished only furniture needed is bedroom also if have your own furniture no problem.

Apartment is newly updated includes hardwood floors, new windows and doors, re-done parking, updated entrance, and new balcony. Located directly on 24/hr Bathurst bus route stop located in front of apartment building 5 min walk to grocery, banks, mall, steeles, schools, and shoppers drug mart.

Utilities included are hydro, heat, air, and water. Not included and are extra cost internet and cable (can split cost), parking, and laundry.

Convenient location for student or young professional dog friendly (no cats I am allergic) and coin laundry located in building.
