Large 4 1/2 to share in Westmount

Description

The apartment is a large 4 1/2 located on the 7th floor of a building. It is very sunny and since it is on the corner of the building, you get a nice breeze in the summer. I am a very clean person, and already have all the furniture. I am looking for a roommate to move in for the 1st of June.

The building has washer-dryer in the basement, there is a roof-deck and indoor parking in the building. I am a young professional, meaning I am relatively quiet and focused on work.
