Looking for roommates

I've got one bedroom open in my 3 bedroom house. I'm a 23 year old senior at UW-Whitewater and I commute back and forth. I'm looking for a female roommate around the same age as me as well. There is currently a female roommate in the house as well. The house is mostly furnished, but you will need to bring in some bedroom stuff. It also has a finished basement with a bar. The rent includes everything-heat, electric, water, and laundry, and internet. It's in a nice area, over by 76th and Oklahoma, all the neighbors are friendly and there's also a park across the street. There may be an open spot in the garage, otherwise there is street parking. I've got a dog though, so I'm not looking for any more pets. She's a very good dog too, doesn't eat things she's not supposed to, go to the bathroom in the house, or do any of that stuff.
