I’m a -year-old professional working in the movie studio industry, and I live with my amazing fiancée, who is a professor and all around academic professional. We are clean, calm, and private yet warm people who are happy to welcome someone new into our home. We are looking for a responsible roommate who pays rent on time, has a relaxed and friendly vibe, and values a peaceful home environment. Non-smokers or outdoor smokers only, please. Our home is a spacious -bathroom condo in the Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino area ( area). We have a private bedroom available with a walk-in closet (largest in the house) and your own personal (but not en-suite) bathroom (largest in the house), ready for immediate move-in. The home is fully equipped with modern Samsung appliances, including two refrigerators primary with ice makers, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and high-speed 1GB internet. We also have a coffee and espresso bar for those who love their morning brew, as well as tandem private parking for convenience. Your room and bathroom would be on the first floor, along with the kitchen, living room, and a -inch TV. However, since the upstairs bedrooms have their own TVs, the living room TV is rarely used—but you are more than welcome to enjoy it. The room is cozy, but since our amenities are upstairs, the downstairs, although a shared space, would allow you to expand your space.
