1️⃣ The only other person living on the property. 2️⃣🐶 There are two ((mostly)) outdoor dogs on the property. 🔇 I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t party, I barely will speak with you unless it’s discussing something important. 🧩 On the spectrum but competent and high-functioning. ☮️ Very minimal requests and requirements; just a decent person who will be honest, tidy, and work for their stay.
