Hi! Thank you for your interest in my room for rent! A little about me . . . I’m a Colorado native, born and raised. I live in and own my grandparents house that they built. I’ve done almost a whole house remodel, the bathroom is all that is left, that’s why it’s still pink! (I am in the process of doing a mini makeover of the bathroom). This house is a gem, and I hope to keep it in the family and pass it down through generations. I take very good care of it and am expecting the same from a roommate 😊 I work full time M-F in an office setting. I’m hoping to find a roommate that works out of the house, is active and doesn’t want to sit at home the majority of the time. I am easy going, very active and live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy being social with others but do enjoy down time alone to recharge. I don’t throw wild parties, however I do have friends or family over occasionally. A few of my favorite things are cooking, skiing, hiking, biking, camping, movies, walking, traveling, reading, writing, and hanging out with friends and family. I’m also working on starting my own business so that keeps me busy as well. I am hoping to find a female roommate with similar interests.
