Take over quality apartment lease

I am moving out of state and am looking at options for an assignment of the existing lease. The lease ends approximately . You would get the master bedroom of a corner unit. The community is gated with a parking garage, pool, hot tub, gym, dog park, etc. Move-in date prior to May, but we will need an answer fast. Will also need a meet and greet with current roommate for his approval. Looking for another male in s with a professional job.
