We are two chill gals, who just moved here from out of state looking for a 3rd roommate in a beautiful spacious home in Denver, near the Sunnyside/Berkeley area. Rent is $, plus wifi and utilities. We have 3 indoor cats between the two of us so preferably no more animals. Looking for someone close in age who will fit the vibe. The house has a beautiful kitchen with lots of space to entertain/host in the future so hoping for someone who would be cool with that as well.
