My name is Marlon and I’m looking for someone (male or female) to fill one of the bedrooms. I am only considering individuals who have a full time job or proof of sustainable income. Here is a brief overview of who I am.

I work full time at 2nd Street USA doing ecom and marketing, along with doing photography on the side. I like to enjoy nightlife activities typically on the weekends.On my days off I like to go on hikes, play basketball, go to art galleries, or go shopping. My long term goals are to be a full time photographer, gain financial freedom, and travel the world.

Pros
Lots of street parking for guest
Every floor has their own laundry room and there are only 5 units per floor, so I’ve never had a problem with the laundry room being occupied for a long period of time
Safe neighborhood with lots of families
Lots of things are within walking distance such as a park, liquor store, grocery store, gym, restaurants, and the Sportsmen’s Lodge which includes an Equinox, Erewhon, SugarFish, Uovo, Van Leeuwen, etc.
Very central location. North and South freeway entrances are less than a block away
The apartment itself is very spacious and a great place to host friends or family

Cons
The apartment faces a busy street so it can get loud at times especially at night
It can take a while for maintenance to fix any issues that may come up
The elevator has broken twice in the span of a year and it usually takes them like a week to fix it
The nearest Target and Costco is like minutes away
Street traffic can get terrible during prime hours of the day
You have to pay to use the washer and dryers
The parking spots are tanded
