We have a covered parking area with two tandem parking spots included in rent.
3 Laundry facilities on the complex grounds.

*Apt Complex is rent controlled caped at 4%

$ Application fee, paid to leasing office. This includes a credit and background check.
A roommate application would need to be filled out online. If for some reason this can’t occur, the leasing office can provide a paper copy.

Looking for a roommate to live in my bath rent controlled apartment located in Canoga Park near De Soto and Victory. 5 min drive from Pierce college (this is also walkable/bikeable). min drive to CSUN in the Valley. Your room is fairly spacious with an attached private bath, vaulted ceilings, a view of the courtyard/pool, and a fairly large closet with floor to ceiling sliding mirrors.

You would be sharing our lovely space with myself, a -something female working professional (recent grad of CSUN), and my goofy 2 year old Golden Retriever Griffin.

Currently, I work from home. Looking for someone who is easy going and doesn’t mind my work schedule. Female roommate preferred. A perfect roommate would be someone who loves big dogs/animals (doesn’t mind interacting with Griffin when I am home or alone), loves having a good apartment cleaning routine, and is motivated work or school-wise. Because I have my pup Griffin, no other animals are allowed. I often throw game nights or craft with friends etc… so hopefully you would be someone that would be into that as well and wouldn’t mind a good friend hang!
