My name is Cuauhtémoc Salinas Martell, and I’m currently looking for a roommate to move in by April 1st.

A little about me: I love shopping, playing volleyball, and catching movies. I’m a clean, professional, and responsible person who always pays rent on time, but I also know how to enjoy life and create a laid-back atmosphere at home.

Having lived here for three years, I’m lucky to have a discounted lease. Your monthly share would be a flat $, which includes the parking fee. Utilities are split evenly and usually total under $ per month.
