location: west culver/mar vista/del rey area. west side best side!

there are three rooms for rent in this three-story house: one for thhirteenn hundd (middle floor), one for fiiiftennn hundd (top floor), and eeigħt3en hundd (top floor master). each room has its own balcony!

the house has a large backyard, a full large kitchen and living room, a full garage with gym equipment in it and some room for storage, LOTS of street parking (and no street sweeping!) and a really nice neighborhood with lots of great & friendly neighbors. we have laundry!


about me: i’m a thiiirty thrree year old male, i own a surf school in venice, so very busy in the summers. early to bed and early to rise, and not a partier. friendly (no cigs please). i do a lot fo yoga and love to ski and snowboard. i’m pretty cool honestly. usually clean as well but ofc we all have our moments. also i’m jake! that’s me in the last photo at the surf camp i run.

i have a t3n year old dog named sophie who is very sweet and quiet so she’s included in the mix.

looking for people who are of the same mindset, not looking for a group that’s coming in at 2am on the weekends (not to sound lame or anything) and def looking for friendly people who have their own things going on :)
