April 1st Move In

Hi friends!
I currently live in a 3 story unit with 4 bedrooms and 1 of our roommates are moving out. So we are looking for someone who can take over the master. Move in date would be end of march/beginning of april.
Amenities:
- in unit washer and dryer
- AC/Heat
Location:
Near East Hollywood/K-Town
4 miles away from downtown

The bedroom:
this room has a walk in closet and own bathroom on the 1st floor. there is street parking available for this spot (but there is a drive way parking spot that you can park in if there is no street parking available but will have to be moved for street sweeping) rent is $ + utilities (comes out to usually $) for the room!
We're looking for someone who is clean and respectful!
My roommate is a male but he's a really chill guy and he does work a hybrid schedule so he's home 3 days a week working from his room. Please comment and message me if you'd like to look at the spot!
