A beautiful, spacious fully furnished master room with its own vanity area - vanity sink and walk in closet in a beautiful apartment in an amazing neighborhood, foot steps to the beach and Marina , you will have the view of jacuzzi/hot tub and pool which means you can just walk down to the jacuzzi and pool at anytime of the day/night and enjoy the hot tub in a cool breeze.. few steps to Tennis court / Gym / private beach / private walking trail next to Marina and yachts , outdoor barbecue areas everywhere , water fountains and trees , squirrels and ducks and turtles … I would
call it heaven if I could … covered garage , guest parking area , biking trail and go on … you’ll live with me , who am I ? I’m a professional graduated dentist and I’m working full time, I’m chill , easy going and I let you do whatever you want as long as you don’t smoke inside the house and clean after yourself and respect boundaries. I also have a tea cup size Pomeranian who is very sweet and friendly and lovely, so it’s important that you love dogs! I’m also ok if you have a small dog who is well trained and friendly but I have to say No to big dogs cuz my baby doesn’t get along with big dogs.
