Located just a mile from Sloan's Lake and super close to Edgewater market. There is a huge tree in the backyard that shades the entire place so the AC is rarely used in the summer. Room is large, plenty of room for a queen bed and a desk. In unit laundry, lots of storage, good size kitchen, Community pool. Parking spot available for additional $/month. I moved here in June from California and love this spot. I currently work as a bartender so my schedule differs. I am looking for a roommate who is a single occupant, non smoker, no drugs, and no pets.
