The Apartment: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-unit washer/dryer, and a balcony for some fresh air. It’s a super spacious th floor (dont worry, there’s an elevator) unit located In East Harlem (Lexington Ave and minutes from the Train. We are right above a grocery store (open till pm) which is convenient. Lots off great restaurants nearby, and we are a minute walk from both Mt Sinai Hospital and Central Park.

Me: I am a something Gay man. I work in the music industry. I mostly work from home, either in my bedroom or in the living room / kitchen. I like to socialize with friends on the weekends or meet a colleague for drinks during the week, but nothing crazy. I’m kind of an “introverted extrovert” if that makes sense. 😅

You: Looking for a chill, low key, low maintenance roommate who is clean, respectful and pays rent and bills on time. Please be employed full-time and able to share proof of income/paystubs. Oh, and please be Gay or LGBTQIA+ friendly.
