About the room: The room is upstairs on the top floor with its own full bathroom, hallway closet, and full closet in the room. The room is very spacious, can fit a desk, dresser, easy.
Good amount of street parking available on University or York No pets please! Must be okay with cats. We share chores that we split once a week and switch off on dual garbage duty.
About The Roommates:
Melissa (33). She is the second bedroom upstairs. She has a cat named, Simba. He’s a gentle giant but will run if given the chance so it is imperative that all doors leading outside remain closed (or shut rather quickly). During moving day we can lock him in my bedroom! I’m pretty laid back but definitely like a clean shared living space. We are pretty low key, calm people. She is a movie lover and is generally watching something. She also enjoys sitting on our patio in the summer and reading a good dystopian book. She works an 8-5 and generally stay in during the week days. She is from Wisconsin and enjoys going to visit my family back home!
Mike (32) Is the basement room. He is an administrative professional who likes to keep to himself for the most part when he is home. When he is not at work or relaxing at home, he enjoys going to see live music, going to the gym, trying new restaurants in the area, or spending time outdoors doing most of the stereotypical Colorado activities (camping, hiking, hunting, snowboarding, etc.) At home he is extremely laid back and enjoy keeping a clean living space. He also values clear and open communication when it comes to managing household chores and would love to have a roommate relationship based on teamwork. He would much rather work collaboratively with a roommate to maintain a clean living space and confront those small disagreements head on while they’re small
