Pet sitter in exchange for low rent

Description

Looking for a clean, responsible tenant to rent a private bedroom in a beautiful ground-floor unit (no steps!) in a gated community in Altamonte Springs. The lowered rent would include taking out trash, recycling and watching the pit mix female dog and the female cat. Kitty litter and feeding will need to be done as well when I am away intermittently The room shares a bathroom with one female roommate. Can be furnished or not!
