Hi everyone!

I’ve lived in my apartment going on 4 years now . The apartment is full bath unit. I occcupy all the rooms however open to the idea of renting out one of the rooms.

The room available is $ & does require a deposit. It does come semi furnished. (Bed, tv, ac )
The apartment is located in west Harlem on th street & Amsterdam area. Near th train station ABCD line.
There is an entrance to the subway on th st.
( 2min walk to the th train station (abcd line)
( 5min walk to the th train station ( 1 line)

There is a church and private parking lot across from the apartment so its normally pretty quiet. no pets, no couples.

pretty social , outgoing but i do also Respect peoples privacy. Overall chill spot with good vibes.
The ideal roommate would be respectful & responsible. Someone that doesnt have to be reminded to wash their dishes or clean up after themselves lol
