Private Master Suite with luxury bath and large walk in closet. There is room in the attached garage for tenant's car. Tenant has use of kitchen, living room, loft, back deck, and washer/dryer. The house itself is in a great community in Van Nuys and is very close to the , allowing for easy freeway access. There's also great restraunts within walking distance and plenty of shopping close by at the Van Nuys Plant shopping center. The house is fully furnished except for the master suite. It also comes with an adorable lab mix so I want to be sure you're dog friendly!

Lease starts out month-to-month with the option to sign on for longer lease durations such as 6-months to a year. No smoking inside house. I have a dog already and am open to a second dog in the house if you have one. He/she would just need to be compatible with my dog in order for it to work. I expect the renter to help keep the house clean and organized along with me.
