Spacious private room available for rent in a fully remodeled shared 2 bedroom downstairs unit. Other room is currently occupied by a female tenant.

Location: We are less than a half mile from Holy Cross Hospital and 5 blocks away from the Red line metro and . Downtown Silver Spring is miles away and Wheaton is miles away. There is a bus stop less than 2 blocks away.

Unit Amenities: Separate/private entrance with kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry unit. Soundproofing material has been installed throughout the unit, to provide a quiet living space. The entire unit has foam insulation installed, and has its own separate heating/cooling system for the entire unit. Large up to code windows in each room providing a generous amount of natural lighting.

Utilities that are included are internet, gas, water, electricity and trash. On a monthly basis I will provide a cleaning service for upkeep of the kitchen, living room and bathroom.

I am looking for an individual tenant with a minimum of 1 year stay, with option to extend. No smoking is allowed on the property. We will need a background and credit check once we both decide to move forward.
