I am looking for someone to take over my lease for this upcoming spring/summer (Feb-July); I live in a bath apartment on upper King Street. Rent is flexible, but stands at $ plus utilities which cost under $ monthly. Both my roommate and I are moving out, so either bedrooms are available. It does not come furnished but is equipped with new appliances. It’s in a quiet part of King Street and has plenty of free parking. It’s also walking or biking distance from the school.
