All utilities, Netflix, Prime, Epic, Shudder, Paramount+, AMC, MGM+, Starz, Hi-, Max, Hulu, and Appletv, two flat screen Smart televisions, Brinks alarm system, blistering fast fiber internet, new washing machine, new stove, dining room, kitchen privileges, and separate refrigerator are included. I vacuum and sanitize the common areas of my home daily. I do have several dogs if you suffer from allergies. In close proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport, grocery and clothing stores, and mall. Extremely safe and well-maintained neighborhood. Members of the police force live in the subdivision. Ideal for pilots and flight attendants. The room is not available until February (-month lease minimum) ($: rent)
