LOOKING FOR 3RD ROOMMATE

Hello! My roommate (Female) and I (Male) are looking for a 3rd roommate, we are in superior at the Bell Flatirons Apartment Complex. Both of us are in school Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who will pretty much just clean up after themselves, not super loud, and respects both of our spaces, as well as ideally someone who is under the age of . We also have a dog (giant schnauzer), he is very friendly but does not know how big he is and can be an ass sometimes. We would be willing to have a cat but are not so super keen on bringing another dog into the house.
