Looking for roommate near WEHO

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for 1 more roommate(preferably female in their bed 3 bath apartment to move in the first week of February in West Hollywood at Ava Hollywood. The bedroom is $ before utilities and contains a spacious private balcony that overlooks Hollywood Hills to the right and includes a walk in shower.

The apartment is sq ft. Monthly utilities are around $ per person and you have the option of free street parking, tandem parking for $ for an individual spot in the parking garage. The apartment is gorgeous, it has a 2 story gym, pool and hot tub, 3 different rooftops, movie theater and more (you can look at the apartment for pictures). It is also on the same block as a small market, Pilates studio, and cafe.

About Roommates:
Myself():I’m from the Bay Area. I work hybrid at a business auditing firm and love to travel, do adventurous activities, hike, Pilates, check out cool food and bar spots.

2nd roommate (): I’m super chill, clean, and respectful. I love thrifting, working out, going to the beach, and yoga.

We are looking for someone that is mature, considerate, respectful, and clean.
