Hi! We are looking for a roommate to take over the basement space in April. You would have your own bathroom and living area. The laundry room is downstairs, so keep that in mind, but it’s in a separate room. Our landlord does background checks and credit score checks. She’s super chill though. We can’t accept any cats since one of our roommates is highly allergic. We currently have two dogs living with us, so no more than one more dog is allowed, and it has to be house-trained and very well-behaved. We are all chill and have different schedules, but we also get along and occasionally hang out. You have to be a clean person because we don’t like mess. Also, our landlord requires us to pull weeds in the summer. Anyways, that’s it!
