Apply together 2bed 2bath

I lived in a luxury apartment and want to again. It is much cheaper to rent a 2bed or 3bed per person than a 1bed. If you make at least $80,000 and would like to live in a $3,000 a month luxury apartment, lets go in together. I did this in Los Angeles 8 minutes from the beach and it was a budget saver. We would pay $1,500 each for rent and split the utilities 50/50. This will be ongoing, as we need to vet each other but a much better alternative to renting in this market.
