Quiet & Tidy

Hello, I’m a retired sales professional who is looking for an unfurnished room to rent for me and my cat. 😹 My cat can stay in my room and not go to the other areas of the house or apartment.

A room located on the first floor or in a walk-out basement would be great because there's no stairs. A private bathroom would be ideal.

I would appreciate it if the Internet and utilities are included in the monthly rent. I have Social Security and retirement income.
