I'm Jessica and my two amazing roommates and l are on the hunt for a new roommate preferably in their mid-s to join our home starting in the beginning of March .
We're a fun-loving, adventurous bunch who attend Oceans Church in Irvine and enjoy hanging out together-whether it's hiking, exploring new places, or trying out local eats.✨
We live in a spacious .5 bathroom house in the beautiful Irvine, CA. There's plenty of open parking throughout the neighborhood, so parking is never a hassle. The available room is $/month + utilities and includes access to a convenient half bath located on the first floor.
You will also be sharing a space with two adorable furry roommates-Teddy & Rocky. They're super sweet, playful, and love meeting new friends! Since this is a shared space, we do have a few important house rules:
• No male overnight guests (this is a house of women, and this rule is non-negotiable).
Keep things clean and tidy-especially the downstairs bathroom, as it's your responsibility to maintain for any guests we may have over since it's also the guest bathroom.
• Be respectful of everyone's belongings and personal space.
• Guests are welcome with a heads-up!
