Description of Residence: The apartment is in Edwardsville, IL (not too far from STL). Fully furnished apartment on bottom floor for easy move-in. Only room in need of furnishings is the bedroom for the new roommate. Very clean and well decorated living space. Living room includes big screen 1080p HDTV, a 7.1 surround sound system and an Xbox One. I have another Xbox One in my bedroom so the living room one is open to the roommate who wants to use it at any time. We typically do more than our share to clean, and we are perfectly happy sharing our cooking utensils and dishes and whatnot so long as they are cleaned and put back afterwards.

Description of Household: Old roommate being kicked out for not bills. It's me and my girlfriend sharing my bedroom with soon to be ex-roommate's bedroom open. Since it is technically 3 ppl rent/utils/deposit costs are flexible/negotiable. We are both mature, well educated, polite and hard to offend. I am a physics professor and she is a computer networking student. We are both pretty chill and laid back.
