Apartment to sub leasee

Need to sublease my apartment by the end of this month. bath-big balcony. Nice view. 5min away from galleria, min away from downtown. I’m also selling my furniture in interested (beds & mattresses, couches, kitchen stuff etc…) for an additional price. Rent is & depends on how much you use electric and water it can vary but not more than $. Please let me know if interested I am ready to leave by the end of this month.
