Subleasing two bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house in Historic Burlington city.

🏠 Rent is per room
🏞️ Right next to river with jogging path
☕️ Less than 5 minute walk from cafes, bars, restaurants
🌃 Less than 5 minutes from Burlington bristol bridge into PA/ minute drive into Philly

My roommate and I are leaving and are looking to find 2 roommates by mid February. Rent for February will be free for new tenants as we are already it. You would be taking over the remainder of our lease (lease ends February of year with the option to renew)

We are looking for:

- girls in their twenties
-Landlord requires background check, proof of employment, and pay stubs

We would happily give a tour over FaceTime or video call! The area is very cute and close to major stores (target, grocery stores, restaurants)
