- Personally highly value cleanliness. Must be willing to contribute to rotating house chores to keep the space clean, no dirty dishes/food overnight!!
- Preferably similar life stage post grad, (not required)
- Not an excessive/heavy drinker or smoker, no parties Rooms: (1) Medium sized bedroom, shared bathroom

Location:
-Northeast Austin, ZIP (see picture for general location)
- Quick minute drive to DT Austin, much closer to the city than Pflugerville/Round Rock area
- minutes away from HEB in Mueller
- Located in a gated community
- Open floor plan, large kitchen island

Requirements:
- Must pass background check
- Provide proof of income
- Minimum credit score of +
- Own renters insurance throughout lease (~$/ month)
