Looking for a roommate!

Hi guys,

I am looking for a male roommate in Anderson.

I have one bedroom available with the rest of the house completely furnished. A large fenced in back yard with a bunch of grilling friendly equipment - blackstone, traeger, grill. A car port and a storage shed. Lots of kitchen equipment because I like to cook. Big tv in living room for any movies or sports. Brand new AC unit for heating and cooling. Washer and dryer in the house. Utilities all included in rent. Really strong security system. Location- off of N Main Street next to the park E North Avenue park and close to downtown. Nice to walk on and they are expanding to be able to walk downtown. No pets unless it’s fish. Short or long term is fine. I am looking for someone close to my age : years old. $ a month all utilities included. I will not charge at all to check the property out if it gets to that point.
